  4. to display pictures at full screen.
  5. You can view picture files, resources or the clipboard,
  6. zoom in and out, move around and take screen shots.

  24. f: name of file or resource, ignored if kind is clipboard
  25. kind: file, resource or clipboard
  26. dither: dithering property of the picture window, default is true
  27. scale: scale property of the picture window, if empty the picture
  28.           is shown at the maximal scale that fits onto the rectangle rs
  29. rs: rectangle in which to show the picture, default is the screenRect
